60-Day Returns — If your LUMEN isn't right for you, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

Return Conditions — Because a sleep mask is a personal, hygienic product, returned items must be in good, clean, undamaged condition. Items showing heavy or prolonged wear, staining, damage, or misuse may be refused or partially refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items — If your mask arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 60 days for a free replacement or full refund.

How to Start a Return — Email support@lumenn.store with your order number and reason.

Refunds — Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.
